Illumination System Installation
Endoscopes are typically equipped with an illumination system to provide sufficient light to illuminate the examination area. Eyepiece and Monitor Connection
If the endoscope is equipped with an eyepiece or monitor, it needs to be connected to the main body of the endoscope. This typically involves aligning and securing the interface of the eyepiece or monitor with the output port of the endoscope.
Functional Testing
After assembly, conduct comprehensive functional testing. This includes checking image quality, illumination effects, the responsiveness of the operating unit, and the performance of any additional functions. Verify the endoscope's performance using standard test patterns or actual objects being inspected.
Adjustment and Optimization
Based on the test results, make necessary adjustments and optimizations to the endoscope. This may include adjusting the lens focal length, calibrating the brightness of the illumination system, or optimizing the layout of the operating unit to improve the user experience.
